Even though Grayson was born on July 1, we were able to go home on July 2. Really, we had spent two full nights at the hospital, and all tests and required checks of my new little bundle had been completed, so it was time to head home! Gammi brought the boys up to the hospital so they could help take Mommy and their new baby brother home.
Doctor Cooper was excited to help do a final check-up of baby Grayson. Luckily, he cleared all of Dr. Cooper's tests. Phew. Little "Pilot" Grayson was cleared to leave.
I just adore the look in Cooper's eyes in these pictures. You can really see the genuine love for and wonder of his new baby brother.
